Action Data Group is offering a new service - remote focus-groups.

  What does it mean - “remote focus-groups”?
   This is a traditional qualitative research, which is broadcasted for the Customer into global Network. A live broadcast expands traditional ways of recording of the research - recording on video and (or) on a hard disk of a computer with the subsequent processing and passing to the Customer. “Remote” means that Customer can watch the whole research process sitting at his own desk in his office, or any other place with an Internet connection, without being present in our focus group facility “behind the mirror”.

  Whom is this service intended for?
   For Customers who cannot be present at ADG’s focus group facility in person for whatever reasons – being busy, the impossibility for a long time to leave office, being at his HQ in other city or country, being on a business-trip or vacation.

  How confidentiality is maintained?
   In spite of the fact that we are broadcasting to global network, the video stream can be accessed only by the Client.

  What about a quality?
   Output signal is at 512 kbit/sec, up to 25 frames per second, the size of the image - 800x600. Quality of the image received by the Customer directly depends on characteristics of its Internet-channel. Therefore for each client the adjustments will performed depending on individual features. Even for the speed 128 kbit/sec with the size of a picture 384x288 it is possible to receive acceptable image. For the worst scenario – dial-up – the quality of the received image will be worst (or none).

  Link with moderator.
   Often is occurring the situation that Client besides briefing before focus groups begins, is willing to bring up during focus groups supplementary questions to be researched, or to ask moderator to underline on of issues. This possibility remains active and during live broadcast of focus group. Also we provide the possibility of live debriefing immediately after focus group ends.
