Partner Evaluations

are carried out on those local companies, about whom you already have some information, but would like to be more certain about specific aspects of their activities and status, before making further steps in cooperation (or scrapping it).

In the course of this research, we reveal such issues as:

  • all legal and operating addresses, venues, and locations;
  • main management approaches;
  • organizational and HR structure with functional distribution of responsibilities;
  • range of products or services (manufactured and/or traded);
  • company production strategy;
  • distribution, sales, and service methods used;

  • financial strength assessment;
  • main customers and suppliers;
  • overall performance evaluation;

Partner ID and Screening

is carried out when our clients plan to enter a new regional (or national) market and do not have sufficient knowledge for sound decision-making.

Under these circumstances, we carry out a brief market overview, a short competitive environment survey, followed by identification and screening of potential allies (prospects), based on a parametric range to be defined with the client. Combining these data, we produce a list of the most likely fits.
