Action Data Group is a US consulting and research firm, focusing exclusively on Ukraine and the former Soviet Union. We add value to the operations of our clients, who aim at increasing their presence on local markets, assisting them in retrieval and analysis of endless data flows of primary and secondary information. By identifying, filtering and processing these info streams we supplement and organize our clients’ knowledge base, providing them with actionable deliverables.

Our key clients are Western firms and organizations, that plan to, or already work on local markets, as well as local companies, firms and financial institutions, seeking improvement of their personnel policies.
We see our niche on the Ukrainian research & consulting services market between our counterparts from the Big Five (ex-Six) on the one hand, — whose services are of limited interest to the local business community due to their exorbitant fees, and the growing chorus of locally-bred researchers and analysts on the other. Regarding the latter, the majority of which are located in the capital (Kiev), we see our strengths in our regional presence and the capabilities, which allow us to carry out on-site, hands-on research and provide the results of practical applicability. We do not work for the shelf!
The information resources and human potential of Action Data Group are present in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and the Baltics.
Our core team is located at our regional offices in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine.
